Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that this r,vrit petition is filed by the petitioners questioning the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Oflicer (RDO), Nagarkurnooi in C.C.No.I/ 1503/2O14, dated OI.O7.2Ol4. li, the said order, the RDO directed to maintain status-quo over the subject land till disposal of W.p.No. lS22S of 2013. Thereafter, W.p.No. lS22S of 2013 was disposed of by this Court on 12.12.2O7g. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
