JUSTICE T]RUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 ot 2025 in/a nd CRIMINAL PETITION No.1 1392 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.'1 and 3 under Section 528 o'f BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.259 of 2025 on the file of the Narsampet Police Station, Warangal, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 308(5), 126(2),74, 111 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita ,2023 (for short 'BNS') and Section 3(t)(0(s) of the Scheduled Castes and The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'POA Act').

2. lt is submifted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, LA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. \ w 2 ()n I I lt)2 )L))5

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de factt'; complainant in l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangilna yide orders dated 03.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secrerary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the partie:; and submil a report to that effect

Pursuant to the above said direction issued b,/ this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe:ared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State o1'Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 09.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any ccercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O'.25 are allowed Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and lhe proceedings tn Crime No.259 of 2025 on the file of the Narsampet Police Station, V\arangal, registered against the petitioners/accuse d Nos.1 and 3 3 ETD, J Cnp llj92 2025 are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 are paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,O00A (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.

1. It is submitted that the Respondent No.2 had lodr;cd a complaint against the Petitioners, rvhich culminated in the registr. tion of Crime No.259/2025 on the ftle of Narsampet police Station, W. rangal District. alleging offences punishabte under Sections 318(4), 308(5) , 726(2), 74, 771 r/vt 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, ZOZ3, and S(rcrion 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Act.

That subsequent to initiation of the said proceerjirrgs, wrth the gracious intervention of elders, well-wishers, and respectecl rne,diators, the parties have -ecorciled their differences aad entered into a conrprehensive and amicable settiement, thereby effecting a complete rcsolution of the disputes inter se. The terms of settlement stand duly reduced into a written instru ment style d as a Mutual Consent Agreement dated 24.0 3.2025. wh ich has been dull,honoured and acted upon by both sides.

3. That, as part oF the abovc compromise, Respondent No 2 has filed an Affidavit befc,re this Hon'ble Court stating that she has received full settlement of all her claims against Accused Nos.l and 3, thlt she has no further complaint or grievance against them, and that shc is freely and willingly giving her consent for quashing the case in Crime, No.259/2025 only with respect to Accused Nos.1 and 3.

4. That the parties further undertake before this Hon,ble Court that they shall henceforth maintain mutual peace, goodwill and harnlony, and shall refrain from initiating any further litigation, claim or counter-claim, directly or indirectly, againsi each other or their respective relatives;. in relation to the subject matter of the instant crime.
