LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.2646a of 2o.25 ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Acs.3.15 guntas in Sy.No.639 / | le and Ac.0.23 guntas in Sy.No.642/312 situated at Mankhal Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of latest pass books and title deeds. According to the petitioner, the said land is patta land. Even then in the latest pass books, it is mentioned as "Lavoni patta". In proof of the same, she has filed pahanies for the years 1975-76 1985-86, 1986-87, 1988-89, 1996-97, lggg-2000, 2003-04, 2OO9-LO, 2Ol4-15 and 2015-16. In the copies of the said pahanies, the said land is mentioned as "patta landi. According to the petitioner, there is wrong entry in the latest L '-h I KL, J W.P.No.26468 OF 2O25 2 pass books and title deeds. She has subrnitted online application with I.D.No.2500051748, dated OL.O7.2025 to respondent No.3 with a request to correct the wrong entries and issue fresh e-pattadar pass books and title deeds. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said online application, respondent No.3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent- No.3, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
3. Whereas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.3 will consider the said online application submitted by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance 'rvith law.
4. In the light of the said submissions, the u'rit petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid online application submitted by the petitioner with I.D.No.250005L748, dated OI.O7 .2025 and take steps in accordance with the procedure laid down under law. If respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass orders assigning specific reasons and communicate a copy of the sarne to the petitioner. He . KL,J W.P.No.26468 OF 2025 J shall complete the entire exercise within a period of sixty (60) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
