It is further stated that respondent Nos. 4 to z hereln, claiming to be the legar heirs of pitra Balaiah i.e., petitioner herein and they inherited the subject property by virtue of impugned succession proceedings dated 3 1.05.2023 vide Transaction No.230O375621 issued by respondent Nos.2 and 3, filed a civil suit for perpetual injunction against the petitioner and his family members vide o.s.No.176 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Medchal_ Ma.lkajgiri District at Medchal and obtained an order of ad_ interim injunction dated 1 l.tO.2O23 in I.A.No.452 ot ZOZTS irr respect of the subject land. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is very much alive and he is in possession of the said propert5r, but despite the same, under the guise of passbooks issued in their names on the basis of ttre impugned succession proceedings in respect of the subject property, the respondent Nos.4 to 7 are making efforts to dispossess him from the subject land.
