When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the prcsent Writ Petition is squarely covered by Lhe order of this Cour[ dated 21.03.2025 in \ 4.P.No.8576 of 2025 and thc same is not disputed by the learned government pleadcr for I forest appearing for the respondents.
