2. Petitioner is a resident c f Khamanghat, Hyderabad. According to him, he has studied I " to 3'dclasses in Vignan School, Hyderabad and 4'h to 10'h ( Dlasses in Ravindra Bharathi School, Karmanghat, Hyderabad. He has corrpleted his intermediate course in Ideal Jur I ror College, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. He has pursued his B.l [c.(Physical Science) Degree from the University of Delhi and qur [lihed in 2024. Thereafter, he came back and staying at Kharmangh at, Hyderabad. In proofofthe same, he has filed copies of b< [nafide, study and conduct certificates, the aforesaid academic , bertihcates and Aadhaar card etc. Thus, it is the specific contentio [r of the petitioner herein that he is &om and brought up in Hyderr \ fibad and he is eligibte to get admission in LLB three years course hs local candidate 2 \

3. Petitioner has appeared for TG LAWCET 2025 and got 3568th rank. 3'd respondent has taken up Wetr Counselling on

29.08.2025. Prior to that, the petitioner has uploaded/submitted all relevant documents including the rank card as pet'the schedule and prioritized his option for admission into three yea's LLB Course. In the two phases of Web Counselling for allotnrent of seats, the petitioner could not secure the seat. Even then, 3'd respondent rejected his request on the ground that he is fzLlling under'non- local' category and he is not eligiblc for adrniss,on of three years LLB course under 'local' category'. Challenging the said action of respondent No.3, petitioner flled the present writ petition.

Mr.M.Srinivas Reddy, leamed Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has not submitted all the relevant doclrments to respondent No.3 at the tirne of certihcate verification. If petitioner submits the copies of all lelevant docurnents/ceftificates, respondent No.3 willconsider the riame. I J

5. As per TG LAWCET 2025 Admissions, detailed notification for web based coun ling, dated 26.07.2025, the eligibility criteria is prescribed as loilows "b. In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is dispo sed of directing the petitiofrer to submit a representation along with copies of the aforesaid Lo"r*".,t, to respondent No.3 before 5.00 P.M. on 04.09.2025. On receipt of the same, respondent No.3 shall consider the sflme. If respondent No.3 comes to a conclusion that the petitioner is etigible to get admission into three years LI B course in locat category, he shall provide admission to the petitioner hereiri. If respondent No.3 is not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall assign specilic reasons, pass a rea$oncd order and comtnunicate copy of the same to the petitioner by 08.09.2025.
