The iearned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent No. i / The Union Bank of India subrn its that the petitioner has a statutory recourse under section 30 of the RDB Act, which provides for an appeal 'against the order of the Recovery Officer. Horvever, we note that section 3O(1) of tlte RDB Act provicles for a timc limit ol 30 days from the date on I t' 2 - which the copy of the order of the Recovery Officer is issued to the person lor preferring an appeal to the Tribunal.

3. In the present case, the time period expired on

30.08.2025. Hence, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the statutory forum by 22.09.2025. The respondent No.1/Bank sha-ll not take any action against the petitioner till

23.O9.2025.
