2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents. With their consent, this writ petition is taken uP for disPosal
3. The facts of the case in brief as stated are that in the year 2oT4 petitioner has relocated to oman and petitioner along with three others under a partnership agreement started textiles business in the nalne and style of .M/s.The Light International LLC', in ornan country. Due to petitioner's father declining health, petitioner and his 2 fatJrer appointed GPA anC revoked theii partnership and shift,ed to Hyderabad perma,rently on O6.1L.2O24. Thereafter, on 10.08.2025 one Mr.Harsh vardhan who alleges to be an investor in the said Textiles business approaehed the petitioner and demanded for refund of monrly which he alleged to have in'rested and also tJrreettened the petitioner and his family members. Ther,eafter, the said Harsh Vardhan sought intervention of respondent Nos.3 to 7 and subsequently, rcspondent No.7 started making calls to the pctitioncr and his family members and was threatcrring thern to appear befclre police station and petitioner and his family members were sumrnoned multiple times. The Sub-Inspector of l)olice, Miyapur Police Station has placed a copy of instructions through learned Assistant Government Plcader for Home stating that one Mr.V,Harshavardhan has lodged a complaint before SHO, Miya;rur Police Station on 24.O8.2A25 stating that petiti,cner herein had cheated him. Basing on the said complaint, respondent Police made a GO cntry and during / \ t \ \ 3 the course of enquiry, it is revealed that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the said Harshavardhan. After completion of enquiry, respond.ent Police suggested both the parties to approach concerned ,/ Civil Court for redressal of his grievance and closed the said. complaint on 27.08.2025 and the same was informed to the complainant through Petition Management System. It is further submitted that respondent No.7/Police have not interfered with the civit disputes pending between the petitioner and the comPlainant.

In that view of the matter, since the respondent/Police had already closed the complaint as civil in nature and is not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and complainant, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy as available under law and the respondent authorities shall follow due procedure as contemplated under lau' for further course of action
6. With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. 4 Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closeil. However, there shall be no order as to costs. SD/- M.
