JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA CRIMINAL PETI Tro N0.11322 ot 2025 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused herein under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in F.l.R.No.54 of 2025 on the file of the Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 316(5), 318(4) read with 3(5) of BNS.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused herein as well as respondenl No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) has been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de-facto complainant in Memorandum of Understanding which disclose that he has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court !--\. \'i a I -*Et "- ) ETD. J Crlp 11322 2025 Legal Services Committee for the State of Telang,r ra yrde orders dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secre:i ry, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the partie; and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued b,r this Cou(, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe,i red before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State ol 'elangana the Secretary of the above said Authority identified t re parties and submifted a report dated 19.09.2025 stating that trr parties were identified and they have willfully and without any c() rrcion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, the Criminal petition is ;rl owed and the proceedings in F.l.R.No.54 ol 2O2S on the file of thr Station (CCS), Hyderabad, registered i lentral Crime gainst the petitioners/accused herein are hereby quashed ; rbject to the petitioners/accused herein are paying an amount cf Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, Hill r Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State < f Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousanrl Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyde.i bad, within a 3 E'tD, J Crlp 11322 2025 period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry
