Thereafter, prrnishment of dismissal of the petitioner lrom SCT\IlCC WAS imposed, whicl'r is thc subject matter of W.P.No.L4373 of 2023, against uhich, W.A.No. 1370 ol 2024 has bt:en preferred. Therefore. the instant Writ Petition is rendered infructuous.
