2. According to the petitioner', her husband late J.Enduru was the absolute owner aud possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1.2820 guntas ln Sy.Nos. I 04/A, I I 8/AA antl I 33/ 10, situated at Bheemaratn Village and Mandal, Mancherial District. He died on ll .O'7 .200't . Alter his cleath. petitioncr succeeded the said propefty. She has submittcd online application scc-king succession as well as mutation of the aloresaid property aud issitc e-pattadar passbook in her favour. Despite rccciving and ackuorvledging the said online application, respontlent No.4 did uot act ul)on the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction ol'respondent No.4, petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Whereas, Sri l-.Ravindcr, learuecl Assistant Govemment Pteader Sr Revenuc, on instructions, ',vorrld submit that respondent No.4 will consider thc online application subnritted by the \ ) {1 petitioner and dispose of by putting the pctitio r :r' and respondent Nos.5 to 7 on notice and affording them an oppcr unity.

4. Though petitioner is claiming that hel rusband was the absolute owner and possessor of the said properrl , she has not filed copies of old passbooks or title decds. She has iled pahanies lbr some y9ars. However, it is for respondent Nc. I to considet the same.
