Thereafter, petitioner appeared for counseling and in the 2nd phase oF the counseling the petitroner secured the admission in the ISL Engineering colleqe. However, by believing the oral staff in the said college the petitioner didn't submit the xerox copies of the educational documents in the ISL Engineering college, and subsequenUy appeared for the 3.d phase counsering. But to the surprise of the petitioner no seat was allocated to the petitioner in the 3.d counseling and the already existing seat in the ISL Engineering college got ca rcelled. instructions of the it is further the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made representation to the ISL Engineering College to allot seat to the petitioner as per the 2,,d phase counserling and the principal of the ISL Engineering college submitted a letter dated 23.08.202S to the convenor of the TGEApcrEr-2025 i.e.,3.d respondent to ailot the sear to the petitioner as per the 2nd phase counselling, however the 3d respondent kept the said letter aside and ignored the same. -[hereafter, the petitioner once again submitted :lwtrw I ; a i l 3 SN. ] representation dated 26.08.2025 to the 3'd respondent seeking to allot a seat to the petitioner in the ISL Engineering college, however, no action had been taken till date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred the present writ petition. 4 PERUSED THE RECORD. A. DISCUSS ION AND CONCLUSION Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 5. petitioner mainly contends that in spite of several requests made by the petitioner to the respondents herein to reallot petitioner's unfilled S'C. reserved women quota seat in Information Technology(INF) vide Admission 4 No.8827O, Rank 15O385 available with ISL Engineering college, Bandraguda, Hyderabad, however, the same had not been considered as on date. sn-. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner further submits that the request of the petitioner needs to be considered by the 3.d respondent in accordance to law, within a reasonable period, failing which, the petitioner would be losing one academic year. i 5 SN.
