The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.11676 of 2024 COMMON ORDER 1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 428 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.10187 of 2022 on the file of Xll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 66 (D) of lnformation Technology Act, 2000 (for short 'lT Act') and Section 509 of lndian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'lPC')

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused as well as respondent No.2/de facfo complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise between them and to compound the offences

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. \:'Effii \.. rlffi: 2 t:i lt6-n :0'1

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facta complainant in LA.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025 which disclose that he has wiilinJly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing lo enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle ilre nratter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangarra ylde orders dated 21 .08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretitr-y. High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submlt a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by ilris Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appe:rr=d before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of tt-.langana and the secretary of the above said Authority identified tho parties and submitted a report dated 26.08.2025 stating that th. parties were identified and they have willfuily and without any cor:rcion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.1 and 2 of ZO2!; are allowed.
