2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Enerry on behalf of Respondent No. 1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondents 2 to 6 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.y' - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of 2025, this Court by order d,t.14.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by ttre petitioner therein, ald hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also. 2

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in llaJendra Kumar Barjatga u. Il.p. Atas Euqm Vikas parlshacl l , io the larger public intercsr, issued directions in addition .o t_he directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of d_emolitLon of structures. Relevant for thc purpose of this case are tlv, All the necessary service connections. such as, Electricity, water supply, sewerage cc,nnoction, etc., shall be given by the service provicler / B^o:rrd to fhe buildings only after the production of the completion / occupation certihc;rte. (v) Evcn after issuance of completion certificate, deviation / violation if any contrary to the planning permission brought to the notice of the,au[hority immediate steps be takt:n by the sald authorily concerned, in accordance with lar.r., against the builder / owner 7 .,ccupant; and the official, who is responsible ior issuance of wrongful completion / occupation t:ertjficate shall be proceeded departmentally forthwith. (ui) No . permission / licence to conduct any business I trad,e must be given by any authorities including local bodies c,f i States / Union Territories in any unauthcinsed building irrespective of it being .."iae.rti^t o. commercial building. (vii) Thc development must be in conforntity with the zonal plan land usage. 6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
