Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's father died on 16.01.2014 while serving as Village Revenuc Ofhcer' Therealter, the petitioner's mother submitted a represen tation to I respondent No.3 on 29.12.2014 requesting compassionate appointment I a !-- PK..I wp 26t45 2O2s to her daught<'r i.e., thc petitioner hcrein. prrrsuant thereto, respondent \o.3 addrcssed letters to respondcnt No.4 uide Lr.Nos.A4l 181i212015 dated t5.O9.2022 and 22.O1.,2023, tct Lake further action l{owever, no action has been taken by rr:spondent No.4 so far- l'herefrlrc, learned counsel seeks indulgence of his Court.
5. Learned G{)vernmeltt Pleader appearing for the r:spondents fairly submits that respondent No.4 will take appropriate dccision on the letters, datcd 15.09.2022 and 22.08.2023, addresse I by respondent No.3, in accorrlance with l:rw.
