RAVINDER, AGP FOR REVENLI Counsel for the Respondent No.s: - The Court made the following: ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENUGOPAL WRIT PETITION No.26827 of 2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is frled praying this Court to declare the aclion of the respondents in not ccnsidering the petitioner,s online application bearing No.2400089906, dated 30.O8.2024 seeking for deletion of wrong entries in Dharani portal in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.01 guntas in Sy.No.l355 of Medak Nagar Panchayat, Medak Mandal and District (hereinafter referred to as "the subject land"), as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 15, 2l and 3OO-A of the Constitution ol India and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Sri G.Shiva Kumar, Iearned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4 and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
