3. Heard Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Petitioner-State, and Sri Qazi Salar Masood Aatif, learned counsel for the Respondent- Accused.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, in view of the direction of this Court to surrender within fifteen days, the respondent-accused has failed to surrender before the investigating authority and has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court. Therefore, he requested the Court to cancel the bail granted to the respondent-accused.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent-accused submitted that though anticipatory bail was granted, a Look Out Circular (LOC) is pending against the respondent-accused. He further submitted that W.P.No.27954 of 2025, relating to the said LOC, is pending before the concerned Court. As such, the respondent-accused could not appear before the investigating authority, and hence requested for extension of time to surrender before the concerned authorities. \ \ 3

Upon considering the submissions of both learned counsel anrl on perusal of the material available on record, it is notecl thrt the respondent-accused has not compliecl ,"r,ith the conditirn of surrender due to the pendenc-y of the I-oc. Hence, the invcstigating authorities are directecl r-rot to arrest the resrontlent-accused until he submits his suretics before: the concerned authorities.
