3. It is the specilic contention of the petitioner that though he has obtained conversion proceedings dated 27.O7.2022 from thc 4th respondent, he has not obtained lay out and sold plots to individuals.

[n paragraph No.9 s'rit affidavit, he has stated that third part)' startecl illegal cor-rstruction without obtaining anv valid permissior-r from the official respondents and thcrefore, he has submittccl a representation dated 03.O7.2025 to the Gram Parrchavat authorities requesting to demolish the illeg:rl constructions and initiate immediate action' The same was not considered. Therefore, he has fled WP.No. 197 15 of 2025 before this Court and the said writ petition is pedding.

5. In paragraph No. 1O of the writ. affidavit, the petitioner also contended that he has filed O.S.No.64 of 2023 against third parties [or Pcrpetttal Injunction and the trial Court granted interim injunction and the said suit is pending and the said interim order is subsisting.

During the pendency of said suit and subsistence of the interim order, thc petitioner has filed F-lir-re application -' vide ID.No.DtrRO2250 1199558, ciared 30.06.2025, u,ith the 4th responrlent u,ith a req Llest to conduct survey and demarcation ol' aforesaid land.
