With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is hled questioning the action of the 6rh respondent in interfering into the peaceful life and liberty of the petitioners and also interfering into the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.7 to 11 artd threatening to handover the Plot Nos. 145 and 146 to an extent of 355.40 square yards, Sy.No.251, which is situated at Abudllapur Village, Abudullapurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by colluding with respondent Nos.7 to 1 1 as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutionai and violation of Articles 14, 15, 21 and 3O0-A of Constitution of India and also principles of natural justice and with a consequential prayer to direct respondent No.6 not to interfere into peaceful life and liberty and not to interfere into civil disputes between petitioner & respondent Nos.7 to 11.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 6 placed the instructions submitted by Sub- Inspector gf-.Police, Abdullapurmet Police Station, Rachakonda ; \+a 2 -I Commissionerate, wherein it is submitted that the -.,, respondent has given complai,t dated 15.08.2025 to the 6th respo r rent stating that the Government has allotted i0.02 acres land in Sv llos.251 ,252 arrd 253 as P.T and the said land was handed or.er after conclucting panchanama in the ycar 2005. It is further sr lrnjlgs6 that one Zainab and others have filed W.p.No.8652 of 2OO9 L :fore the Hon,ble Court and the same was dismissed on 07.O2.2O2:. Sri Gudibandla Deepak and Gudrbandla Vijayabharathi are makinl constructions in Sy.No.251 and when the petitioner went to thar place, the said persons are attacking him. Since l99S he is in posr; ssion of the said land as PT and requested to take action on the cc r strr-rctions. It is further submitted that based on the above complzrrr t, 6rt, respondent made petition cntry and during cnquiry it revcaled hat W.A.No.230, 233,234 and 235 of 2O2S with rcgard to the land i-l Sy.Nos.251, 252 and 253 are pending before the Hon,ble Court wh: eby vide interim order dated 08.03.2O2S directed both parties r.e . Zairtab Bee and others (original owners) and 7fr respondent (pro.tcted tenants) to maintain status-quo. It is further submittcd that ince the dispute pertains to land and moreover Cour[ cases are pendi rg, tl-re complaint given by the 7tr respondent was closed as ..Ci.r I in nature,, on 24.O8.2025. 4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to follow due procedure as contemplated under 1aw for further course of action on petitioners, if any.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, sha11 stand closed.
