1. This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/rr :cused Nos.1 to 6 under Section 528 ot BNSS, 2023 seeking I > quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.114 oI 2Q25 c r the file of learned Additional Junior Civil Judge - Cum - X) V Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Rajendranagar, f :' the offence punishable under Sections 85 of the BNS, 3 and 4 ,rf the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 .

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appe€Lr ng for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 6 as well as respondent llo.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Crirr nal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordrr l ly, l A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise b.rtween them and to compound the offences.

3. Learned counse[ for the petitioners has represe r ted that the compromise between the parties may be record ) J excluding accused No.6 \I I! ; ) 2 E'TD. J Crlp_l l261 2025 4 Learned counsel for respondent No.2/de facfo complainant has appeared online and has expressed No Objection to compromise the matter excluding accused No.6. 5 The learned Assistant public prosecutor has not opposed the said compromise petitions.

6. Considering the submissions of both the counsel and the fact that petitioner Nos.1 to S/accused Nos.1 to 5 and de_facto complainant are identified before the Legar Services committee on 11.09.2025. The compromise is recorded between the accused Nos.'l to 5 and respondent No.2/de_facto complainant. However, the matter would be kept pending against accused No.6 before the trial Court
