Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to pass an order or orders one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction of the respondent no. 1 and 2 for not taking steps as per the municipal law against the Respondent No. 3 to 6 who has made a illegal construction without obtaining a valid municipal permission in respect of the property house bearing No. 19-4- 339/111/1/50 admeasuring 300 square yards situated at Chirag Ali Nagar, Kishan Bagh, Hyderabad, representation made by the petitioner on 1-10-2007 before the Respondent No. 1 and 2 and declare the same as totally illegal, arbitrary against the principles of natural justice and pass such other order or orders as this Hon' ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case in view of Counsel for the Petitioner: MR.SURESH SHIV SAGAR Counsel for t he Respondent s 1&2 : MR. ORDER:
This writ petition has been filed by Fakeera Singh assailing the inaction of the respondents 1 and 2 on the representation submitted by him with regard to the illegal constructions being made by the respondents 3 to 6 in the premises bearing No.19-4-339/111/1/50 admeasuring 300 sq. yards situated at Chirag Ali Nagar, Kishan Bagh, Hyderabad.
Notice before admission came to be ordered on
23.11.2007. Sri R.Radhakrishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel of GHMC received notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel of GHMC appearing respondents 1 and 2.
The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 and 2 are not acting on the representation filed by him complaining the illegal constructions being made by the respondents 3 to 6 in the premises bearing No.19-4-339/111/1/50 admeasuring 300 sq. yards situated at Chirag Ali Nagar, Kishan Bagh, Hyderabad.
