The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute ou'ncr and possessor of the Plot No. 121, admeasuring Ac.151.66 sq.yards in Sy.Nos.948, 949. 95 I to 954 situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District (for strort, 'subject property') on the strength of registered sale deed bearing document No.333 of 2015, dated 07.01'2015 and rectificatior.r deed dated 22.02.2016. He obtained permission from (irampanchayat vide proceeding No.330 of 2016-17, dated 19.01.2017 and constructed a house in the subject property. The glampanchayat authorities have allotted house No.15-55121121. Since then, he is in possession of the said propefty. F{e has been paying house tax continuously.
