This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.1013 of 2025, on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 69 of BNS, 2023.
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2/defacto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, LA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to 0 compound the offences and to record compromise.
3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition

Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with ') theil respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services '\ *.l 2 -I I:TD. 5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued b', this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appei red before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of . 'elangana the Secretary of the above said Authority identified t re parties and submitted a report dated 10.09.2025 stating that ttrr parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercio ,, entered into compromrse.
