1. Since the appellant/ctaimant is one and the same in both the appeals and the o.P an:ises out of the same accident, they may be heard together and disposed of by way of common judgment.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the matter has been referred to Lok Adalat on 05.08.2024. However, on the Lok adalat day, the petitioner ivas called absent. Hence, the mater is not settled. Further, both the learned counsel represented that they intend to withdraw their respective cases.
