3. llrief facts stated in this writ petition are that the 1't petitioner belongs to Kondareddypally village, Vangur Mandal studying Degree 2n., ),"o. and 2..r petitioner also belongs to the same village studying LLB IV year ancl the,r, are well known to each other and fallen in love in the year 2024 and got rnarrier{ on25-078.2025 without will and consent of the parents o61st petitioner and the parents of 1't petitioner have not accepted their marriage iust [g63rrsg /nd petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste and l."t petitioner belongs to lrig6er caste due to which 1st petitioner levelled grudge against the petitioners and gave complaint before the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and locally the 6ft respondent influenced respondent Nos.3 to 5 and that they are harassing thc petitioncr t9 appear before them. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the same has been considered and that 4e respondent is not pressurizing the petitioners to appear before the police station and not harassing them. Recording the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing t.. . the respondents not to pressurize the petitioners by calling them to appear before them and not to take any further action as alleged by the petitioners in the affidavit, since their marriage was solemnized and to that effect marriage certificate *u. irr,rld on 25.08.2025.
