25.08.2025 ro respondent No.l w request to release a I Government Order for establishmen of New Minority Pharmacy College under Ahmed Memorial ducation Society by duly i' enclosing copies of all the relevan documents i.e., NOC's and Revised NOC issued by respondent 1- os.3 and 4 and approvals of respondent No.5. They have fil(d the copies of the said proceedings. Despite receiving I I a4 d acknowledging the said representation, respondent No.l did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.1, petitioners Illed the presenl writ petition.

Vide the aforesaid representation. petitioner.s are seeking release of Government Order for establishment of New Minority Pharmacy College under Ahmed Memorial Education Society to intake 100 admissions for the academic year 2025_2026. According to the petitioners, counseling is going to commence from the second week ofSeptember,2O25.

4. Leamed Assistant Government pleader for Higher Education, on instructions, would submit that respondent No. I will consider the said representation dated 25.0g.2025 and also the copies of the aforesaid documents subnritled by the petitioners and take decision in accordance with law. 5 In the light of the said submission, this Writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.l to consider the representation dated 25.08.2025, along with all the relevant -u- \@\ r'! \...
