The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVI EADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 o12025 in/and CR!MINAL PETITION No -11213 of 2025 COMMON ORDER: 1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.463 o'f 2025, on th.e file of Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 106(1) of BNS, 2023.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner/accused as well as the respondent No.2/defacto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed to compound the offences, to record compromise and to quash the proceedings registered qgainst him .

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the compromise petition.

4. Perused the affidavits filed in l.A.Nos.3 & 4 oI 2025 seeking to record compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appg{inS along with their respective counsel before the High Court ) I:ID. J c .P_t r2l3 2025 Legal services committee for the state of rerangana vrde orders dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

PursUant to the above said direction issued. by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 12.0g.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O2S are allowed. consequently, the criminar petition is aflowed ano tnJ'proceedings in Crime No.463 ol 2025, on the file of Ameenpur police Station, sangareddy District, registered against the petitioner/accused are hereby quashed subject to the petitioner payingr.an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad, and Rs.5,000/_ (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Telangana State Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, 3 ETD, J Crl.P I l2l3 2025 within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
