5. In that view of the matter, since the responde:nt/ Police had already closed the complaint. of respondent No.7 as civil in nature and is not interl-ering in the civil dispute between the petitioner anr.l respondent No.7, the petitioner may avail appropriatr,: remedy S availabie under law.
