The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of thc rcspondents No. 1 to 3, particularly respondent No.3, SHO, Abids Police Starion, for interfering in the petitioners' personal lifc and liberry by continuously calling to the Police SLation and harassing, petitioners filed the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners rvould submit that lhe petitioner No.3 is the son of petitioners No.1 and 2 arrd based on a false complaint lodged by the respondcnt No.4, the respondent No.3 and his personnel are frequently calling the petitioner No.3 to the Police Station and subjecting to har:r ssment despile coliectr ng all required information.

4. On the other hand, the learncd Assistant Government Pleader has placed a copy of the rvritten instructions dated 29.08.2025, based on which, it is submitted that one Smt. Wajida Bibi W/o. Shaik Munsab, has given complaint stating that her son Shaik Mushtaq had extended a hand loan of Rs.6 lakh to Zahcd AIi Khan, bul despite several requests the said person has not repaid the said amount. Instead he is refusing to return the money and intentionally avoiding communicati.on. Further, Ahmed Ali Khan and his two sons have 2 fabricated a crime occurrence report in FIR No. 12 r,t 202.5 lodged at a local Police Station falsely showing her son as a clr L g pccldler ancl an associatc of A1 therein. The accused in conspirar r havc altcred the officiai Police rec.rds u.hich misrepresents thc ftrr.s a;r<1 wr.ngfurlly damages her son's reputation and succeeded i r miseuidir.rg and extorted Rs.2 lakh from her. The said persons demrr rdecr said .mou.t in order to m.rnage the police authorities. The said r crsons forced hcr into paying sirid amoufft under duress. Furthcr a i. er fabricating thc Police record, the said persons forced her son lo loe to Dubai and take shelter therr: lor nearly one week.
