I MACMA No.1 159 of 2013 has been preferred by the lnsurance Company and MACA4A No.2730 of ZO14 has been preferred by the ctaimants/Petitioners against the orders passed in MVop No.359 of 2010 by the Tribunat. sri Mohammed Babu, Manager for the Appettant-Respondent No.2- lnsurance company and the ctaimant/petitioner/Appettant Nos. 1 to 3 have appeared and identified before the Lok Adatat. During the pendency of both Appeats, the Appettants/petitioners/ ctaimants and Respondent-tnsurance company represented that they have mutuatty entered into a compromise and settted the matter. As per the settlement, the Appertants/petitioners/ctaimants and the lnsurance company have agreed to settted the matter for the amount of Rs-11,87,9591- (Rupees Eteven r,akhs eighty-seven thousand nine hundred and fifty-nine onty) which was atready deposited by the lnsurance company in (3) instatments as futt and finat setttement. The lnsurance company shaft not deposit any additionat amount- Accordingly, compromise is recorded and the Award is passed before the Lok Adatat. The apportionment among the fupettant/ Petitioner/Ctaimant Nos. 1 to 3 shatl be made as per the apportionment determined by the Tribuna[ in M.V.O.p.No.359 of 2010.
