2. Heard Mr. Venkat Rao Patil, leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G.Madhusudan Reddy, Ieamed Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondents No.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the property bearing H.No.20-l-SC/05, admeasuring 140 square yi-rG, wittr a built-up area of 1500 square 1 '\ t' No.25934 of2025 l )r red 01.09.2025 feet, situated in Sy.Nos.322-328 at Sur rbhi Colony, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ['he petitioner submitted a representation dated 16.10.2023 to rc: pondent No.3, requesting assessment of property tax in accordarLr e with law by allotting a I)TI number. However, no response was received from respondent No.3. The petitioner visited the o[tic,: of respondent No.3 on multiple occaslons. Nevertheless, in hr:t absence, the subordinates of respondent No.3 visited the petition 'r's residential premises and assessed the propcrty tax by issuir.rg ,ipecial Notice No. GHMC/ClCir: 2011055002005/UC, dated l- .04.2024. He further submits that the said notice was issued u nder Sections 220(A-l) and 220(2) of the GHMC Act, 1955, wirhr ,rr mcnrioning the name of the petitioner, by allotting PTI No. 4.11 19902003 and , fixing the property tax at Rs. I,538/-. Upon noticing I re error in the Special Notice dated 22.04.2024, the petitione submitted a representation dated 06.03.2025 to respondent No 3, requesting correction ol- the owner's name, which was shown rs "I{OLDER OF THE PREMISES," and inclusion of her name irr the records I t 3 W.P. No.25934 of 2025 Dated 01.09.2025 However, no action has been taken on the said representation to date.

The learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, upon oral instructions, submits that the petitioner does not possess title documents for the subject property, and therefore, the Special Notice dated 22.04.2024 was issued under Sections 220(4-l) and 220(2) of the GHMC Act, which pertain to assessment of property tax for constructions on unauthorized and unregistered lands without title

In light of the above submissions, and without entering into the merits of the case, considering the innocuous relief sought by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directirlg respondent No. 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2025 for recording her name in the municipal records in respect of H.No. 20-l-SC/05, admeasuring 140 square yards, with abuilt-up area of 1500 square feet, situated in Sy. Nos. 322-328 at Surabhi Colony, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with law, by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a =-\-- 4 \\' P No.25934 of 2025 Da e t01.09.2025 period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt 01' t copy of this order.
