2. Heard Sri B.Bhagath Sain, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Servioes-llI for respondent Nos.1, 3 to 5; and learned Government Pleader for Services I for respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitiorrer submits that though the petitioner was retired on 30. I 1.2024 , till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that 'the I pertaining to the retirement benehts of the petitioner have already becn processed, however, due to deErth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be relea$ed ro the beneficiaries.

Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release Gratuity (Composite State share) amount of Rs.10,04,891/- with Token I 2 Wp 258a4-2025 No.25235099 13 dated 23-12-2024, Gratuity (l'elangana State share) amount of Rs.5,91,517/- \,ith Token No.2523509914 dated 23- 12-2024 , Pension Commutation (Compositr: State share) amount o[ Rs.9,63,679/- with Token No.25235O915 dated 23-12-2024, Pension Commutation (Telangana State share) amount of Rs.5,67,258/- with Token No.252350916 dared 23-12-2024, Final lcave encashment bill (Compos;ite State share) amount of Rs.7,2O,327 l- with Token No.2523716889 dated 3 t -03-2025, ZPGPF amount of Rs.26,58,853 '- with Token No.2523496413 dated 17 -I2-2O24, Surrender Lezwe Encashment amount of Rs.1,05,422/- with Token No.2522647618 dated 3 1-03-2O25, pertaining to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
