Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that responc{ent No.6 clicl r-rot called the petitioner to the police station, hence the question of harassing the petitioner cloes not arise. [t is further submittecl that the responclent Ncl.5 is only discharging his duties and is not harassing the petitioner.

Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either sicie ancl without expressing any opinion on the merits of the casc this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to follor,r'due procr:clure as contemplated under law before initiating any action on petitioner. [t is made clear that the petitioner shall co-operate with the pencling investigation with regard to FIR No.109 of 2025.
