O R D E R : This writ petition is filed seeking a declaration that the alleged action of the respondents in not accepting the document for registration as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules made thereunder. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing respondents and having regard to the specific plea of the petitioner that no notification has been issued in respect of the land in question under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to receive the document that may be presented by the petitioner and process the same in accordance with law. In case, any objections are there for registration of the document in question, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of such document.
