2. Heard Sri K.Ramchandra Reddy, learned counsel for thc petitioners and Sri Sahas Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue None appeared for the Govcrnment Pleader for Forest Department.

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the Respondents in wrongly marking the petitioners' respective lands in the Dharani Portal as having a "court stay/ injunction or court order" under the transaction status, without any such actual order existing. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Governmcnt Plcader for Revenue submitted that the pe[itioners have not filed any application or representation before the respondents to enable them to examine and verify whether any Court order exists' Without taking such steps, the petitioners have directly approached this Court by hling the presenl writ petition. Therefore, it is submitted that the petitioners may be directed to file an appropriate application before the respondents, in accordance with law, and upon such application' the respondents would consider the same on its own merits'

Having heard the rival contentions advanced on both sides anduponperusalofthematerialavailableonrecord,thisCourtdeems it appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application before the respondents, in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing Bhubharathi Act, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of such application' the respondents shall examine the same in accordance with law and the applicable procedure, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within twelve (12) weeks thereafter' Page 4 of4
