Heard Sri G.Raman Goud, Iearncd counsel for the petitioner; learned ()overnmenl Pleadcr lor Home for rcspondent Nos.1 and 3; learned Goyernment Pleader for Services-[Il for respondent Nos.2, 5 and 6; and Sri M.Murali Xrishna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountant General, appearir-rg for respondent No.4.

3. Leerned counsel for thc pctitioncr submits that though the petitioner was retired on 3 1 . 12.2024 , till now, his retirement \ benelits'"l,ere not released by the respondents.

Lcarned Governmcnt Plcadcr submits that the bills pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of [unds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleadcr furthcr submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers, amounts will be reieased to the benehciaries.
