Petitioner claims to be the absolute o,"vner of the properly uide sale cleed dated 14.12.2023 wherein they I constructed residential building and applied for electricit5r connection but the authorities are not receiving the Application and releasing the individual service connection. It is stated, the GHMC directed the HMWS &SB and APCPDCL authorities not to accord anv service connection to the house / aparlments constructed in Gurukul Ghatkesar Lands.
