Petitioner claims to be the absolute o,"vner of the properly uide sale cleed dated 14.12.2023 wherein they I constructed residential building and applied for electricit5r connection but the authorities are not receiving the Application and releasing the individual service connection. It is stated, the GHMC directed the HMWS &SB and APCPDCL authorities not to accord anv service connection to the house / aparlments constructed in Gurukul Ghatkesar Lands. In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Couit makrng proclucLion ol occtipancy certificate / cornpletion certificate as condition precedent for releasing power supply and also in vierv of the rampanl misuse of the liberty granted by this Court to the parties on several occasions, with regard to non- insistence of Occupancy Ccrtiltcate, this Court takes serious note { ( of the situalion.
