'This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri shaik Saifullah, Advocate for the Petitioners and sri Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of Respondent No.1 and of sri ASS Ailaz Ahmed, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. The Court made the following: COMMON ORDER THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DE\/ EADA l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.11033 ot 202!; COMMON ORDER This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/.A:cused No.1 to 9 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking c quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.66 of 2022 on th: file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan lt/agistrate at Hyderabac, registered for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-4 : nd 406 of the lndian Penal Code and Sectrons 4 and 6 of the Dou ry Prohibition Act

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appe i ring for the petitioners/ Accused No.1 to 9 as well as responder I No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Cri ninal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordi roly, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed to record compromise retween them and to compound the offences

3. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has oll )osed the said compromise petitions

4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facfo ;omplainant in l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 which disclose that shr has willingly !--. t 2 ETt) I Crlp-l1033 2l]J5 consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 28.08.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

5. Pursuant to the above said directlon issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the pa(ies and submitted a report dated 09.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.66 of 2022 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered against the petitioners/Accused No.1 to I are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/Accused No.1 to I are paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- 3 LTD.I ( rtp_ll0tl 2025 (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, HiS r Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State ,,f Telangana, Hyderabad and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousanc Only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyde r rbad, within a period of two (02) weeks from today and file pro r of the same before the Registry 7 [/iscellaneous applications, if any pendinq, she I stand closed.
