2. Learned counsel appearing for the petir.ioners would submit that in similar matters of the same ,zillage, this Court passed Orders in WP No.4B16 of 2025, dated f9.O2.2O25 and requested to pass similar ,trder in this matter also.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader lbr Stamps and Registration did not dispute thr: submission made by the learned,counsel for the petitioners with regard to disposal of W.P.No.4816 of 2025 and further subrrrjt.s that if the petitioners present sale deed by paying suf{icient_ I 2 stamp duty, the registering authority will take appropriate decision, hence, requested to pass appropriate orders.

4. In view of the subrnissions made by the both sides and by following the Orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.4816 of 2025, dated 19.02.2025 this writ petition is disposed of.
