3. Heard Sri A.Malhar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and learncd GovernmcnL pleader for Services-Ill. for the reSpondentS.

Learned counsel lor the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed as Daily Wage Worker on 14. 1 i.1990 at Social Welfare Residen tial School, Medipalli and is presently working at IWHC Boys Hostel, Manthani, peddapalli District. It is further submitted thar one M.Santha, Watchman, filed W.P.No.17955 of 2O2O before this Court and by an order dated 72.1O.2O2O, the respondents therein were directed to consider the .1 .t 2 PK,J Wp 25853-2025 representations submitted by her- Pursuant thereto, the respondents considered thc representation ol M Santha and granted regular appointment from the date ol hcr initiat appointment. In similar circumstances, B.Gangu, Cook, was also granted regular appointment. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.4 on 13 08.2025 requesting sanction of regular appointment' from the date of his initial appointment and the same is pending consideration Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct respondcnt No 4 to consider the representation, dated 13 .O8.2025, submitted by the pctitioner, in the light of the cases of M.Santha and B'Gangu, and pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time .
5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that respondent No.4 will consider lhe representation of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2025, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with 1aw.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.4 to consider the representation, dated 13'O8 2025, submitted by the petitioner, keeping rn view the relief granted in Lhe cases of M.Santha and B.Gangu, and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as 3 PK,J wp 25853 2025 possible, preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy of the same to the petitioner.
