I.A.NO:1 OF 2025 Petition Under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents to consider the representation dt. 26.04.2025 submitled by the Petitioners and to deposit the land acquisition com oensation in favour of the Petitioners/ the land losers of land situated in Sy No. 36{) and 398, Sundilla Village of Ramagiri Mandal, Peddapalli District, pending disposal of the above writ petition Counsel for the Petitioners : SRI M.VENUGOPAL RAO Counsel for the Respondent No.1 : GP FOR REVENUE Counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 6 : GP FOR LAND ACQUISITION Counsel forthe Respondent No.7: SRI P.SRI HARSHA REDDY The Court made the following ORDER THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KTIMAR WRIT PETITION No.25866 of 20.25, ORDER: Aggrieved by the action of respondents, more particularly, the respondent No.3 in resuming the lands of the petitioners without notice and allotting the lalds to respondent No.7, SCCL Company and in not considering the petitioners' representation dated 26.04.2025 to pay compensation as per Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation ald Resettlement Act (for short "the Act"), 20 1 3 for acquiring their lands in Survey Nos.369 and 398 situated at Sundilla Village of Ramagiri Mandal, Peddapalli District. A consequential prayer is made to direct the respondents to deposit the land ercquisition compensation in favour of the petitioners / land losers of the aloresaid lands, as per the Act, 20r3.

2. Though various grounds are raised in this Writ petition, the petitioners a-re confined to the extent of disposing of their representation made to the District Collector, Peddapalli District - respondent No.3, dated 26.O4.2025.

3. Sri Somu Srinivasa Reddy, learned Assistant Government I Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6. Sri p.Sri 2 Harsha Reddy, rearned counser takes notice for r-espondent No.7 - The Singareni Colleries Company Limited.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitic,ncr ancl the learned Assistant Government pleader for Land Acquisition. 5. Learned Assistant Government pieacier for Land Acquisition submitted that to the extent of rlisposing the representations submitted by the petitioners, apprrtpriate orders may be passed.

In vier,v of the same, without going into ttre merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders to the representation made by the petitioners, dated 26.04.2025 u,ithin a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy :f this order. 7. With the above directions, this Writ petitiorr is disposed of. No order as to costs.
