A consequential prayer is made to direct the respondents to deposit the land acquisition compensation in favour of the petitioners / land losers of the aforesaid lands, as per the Act, 20 13.

2. Though various grounds are raised in this Writ Petition, the petitioners are confined to the extent of disposing of their representation made to the District Collector, Peddapalli District \ - respondent No.3, dated 30.11.2024

3. Sri Somu Srinivasa Reddy, learned Assistant Governrnent Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos.2, 3, 5 and 6. Sri P.Sri I I 2 Harsha Reddy, learned counsel takes notice for respondent No.7 - The Singareni Colleries Company Limited.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ald the learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Land r\ctluisition.

5. Learned Assistant Government Plealer for Land Acquisition submitted that to the extent o I disposing the representations submitted by the petitioners, atrrpropriate orders may be passed.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders to th: representation made by the petitioners, dated 30.11.2024 wi,-hin a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
