Mannepalli, leamed counsel for the petitioners, leamed Assistant Governrnent Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent No.4.

Leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record written instructions dated 28.08.2025 and submitted that on the complaint of one Mr. Subash Karankot, a case in Crime No. 139 of 2025 was registered with Kulkacherla Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 115(2),351(2) and352 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 (BNS), wherein the petitioners are accused and respondent No.4 is conducting investigation.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is interference by respondent No.4 with the land of the petitioners admeasuring Acs.4-36 guntas in Survey Nos.67iA and 68/E 2 W. '. No.2i595 of2025 Dat:d 29.08.2025 situated at Tirumalapur Village, Kulkacherla Man<lal, Vikarabad District, without following due process of law.
4. A copy of written instructions along the cop1, of FIR is served on leamed counsel for the petitioners.
5. In view of the above, the writ petition IS disposed of. directing respondent No.4 the Station House Officer. Kulkacherula Police Station, not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and Mr. Subhash Karankot - de facto complainant in Crime No.139 of 2025, in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.4-36 guntas ln Survey Nos.67lA and 68/E situated at Tirumalapur Village, Kulkacherla Mandarl,, Vikarabad District, without following due process. of law. lJowever, this order shall not come in the way of respondent No.4 in conducting investigation in Crime No. 139 of 2025 of Kulkacherula Police Station, by following due process of law. Further, this order shall not have any bearing ot the inter se disputes with regard to the titlc and possession over the subject land between the petitioners ar-rd 3 W.P.
