3. Heard Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.'1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the police authorities never received any letter dated 0B-03.2016 as alleged by the petitioner. lt is further submitted that the grievance of the petitioner pertains to F.C.O.P. No. 105 of 2016, which is a matrimonial dispute, and the police are not concerned with the same. Hence, dismissal of the* petition is prayed for. 2

5. I have perused the materials on record.

The allegation of the petitioner is that, in tht context of his acquaintance with respondent No- 4, who was alreil 1y married, she exerted pressure on him to marry her and, along vr lr her relatives, created nuisance on several occasions. The petiti I r er states that, having no other option, he lodged a police compl rint, which was registered as Crime No. 415 of 2015. He further allet ers that, against the backdrop of a divorce petition, respondent No. I demanded an amount of Rs.50 lakhs and, upon his refusal, in,i r ged in certain unlawful activities along with members of women's or ;irnizations. The petitioner contends that, in that context, the letter date I 08 03 2016 was executed at the police station. On this basis, he st e,ks appropriate directions from this Court in the present petition.

Having regard to the pleadings, and considerin; that the dispute between the petitioner and respondent No. 4 is essett ally matrimonial in nature, with proceedings pending before the Family lourt, this Court finds no legal or tenable ground to issue directior s to the police authorities, particularly in light of their categorical asse r i,rn that no such incident, as alleged by the petitioner, had taken place o,ccordingly, this Court is of the considered view that no further as 1 e'ct remains for determination in this petition w J
