This Criminal petition is filed seeking the Crt rrt to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused in C.C. ,1o.655 of 2021, on the file of the learned ll Additional Junior Ci,r Judge_cum_Vl Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, L.B.ir agar, Medchal_ Malkajgiri District, registered for the offences p I rishable under Section 498-4 of IpC and Section 3 of Dowry prohib t on Act.

2. lt is submitted by learned counsel for the pet I oners/accused as well as the learned counsel for respondent tr < .2 that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 nd 4 of 2O2S have been filed to record compromise and to quash |- -. proceedings in C.C.No.655 of 2021 , on the file of the learned lt A: Jitional Junior civil Judge-cum-Vr Additionar Judicial Magistrate ,; First crass, L.B.Nagar, Medchal, Malkajgiri District 3 The learned Additional public prosecutor has opposed the compromise petitions \ \ 2 ETD, J Crlp_l1072-2025 4- Perused the affidavits filed by the 2nd respondent in l.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to setfle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana y,de orders dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Court. Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

5. Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal.services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 08.10.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully, without any coercion, entered into compromise.

6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2O2S are allowed.
