3.Thebrieffactsofthecasearethatthepetitioneristhe pattedar and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac'O1'20 gts in Sy.No.732/LU, Cheekatimamidi, Bommalaramaram' Yadadri- BhuvanagiriDistrict;thattheGovernmentofTelalganahad issued the patta Pass book in the name of the petitioner; that respondentNo.5hadpurchasedthelandadmeasuringAcs.5.2o gts in Sy.No.731/Part, Cheekatimamidi, Bommalaramaram, N\ Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, through regisr t red document bearing No.3120 of 1997 dated O8-O8-1997 hcm his vendors Smt.Sarojini Devi Rathi & Mr.Sushil Kuma r Bagri; that respondent No.6 had purchased the land admce suring Ac.O.27 gts in Sy.No.731 and, land admeasuring Ac-0.33 Et; in S-v-'N'o'732, Cheekatimamidi, Bomma-laramaram, Yad:-r .ri-Bhuvanagiri District through registered sale deed bearing do<:r tment No.2025 of 2004 dated O2-O4-2OO4; that the land purchased by respondent No.6 was besides the petitioner's 'z nd; that after lapse of nine (9) years the verldors of respont ent No.6 had executed a rectification deed bearing document N ' '8759 of 2018 dated 27-07-2018 for inclusion of survey No.732 < f the principal deed ald later respondent No.6 had constructed : Function hall respondent No.6 was he' ing the land in her land; that admeasuring Ac.O.33 gts in Sv.No.732; that re:;1 rondent Nos.5 and 5 were interfering into the peaceful pc ssession and enjoymen t of the petitioner over the said la-r-r j and thereby disputing the boundaries of the said land. Aggrievt:' I by the same, the petitioner had submitted a representation dzrtt d 22-lO-2OlA before respondent No.4 seeking to conduct the sur t ey and fix the boundaries. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted an on-line application bearing No. AODO225OOO72|4O, dated 29-05 -2Oi5 betore respondent No.3 along with all the necessa-ry documents and requested to conduct survey, demarcate the land and fix the boundary stones around the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No-732lLU situated at Cheekatimamidi, Bommalaramaram, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri Distnct. But the same is kept pending till date. Therefore, he seeks to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that the petitioner has not made the F Line application and if the petitioner makes F-Line application duly enclosing all the necessa-ry documents seeking for conducting survey of the Iands in Sy.No.732/LU, the respondent authorities will consider the same.
