The Detitioner aDoroac hed the Court seekino praver as under: "...to pass an order of direction or Writ in the nature of Mandamus duly declaring the action of the respondents in not clearing the dues pertains to the petitioners for supplying various products during 2013 to 2077 as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith clear the bills in terms of the letter by the 2nd respondents, vide No. 207/A5/KU/2O17 dated 75.06.2077 in the inrerest of j u stice and to pass..."

3. The etitioners. AVer en made in he affi t in brief- as ner th e vit fil b l, etitione rn su of th itP as under: \TI 2 SN,J W.P.No. 16326 of 2024 - i) The petitioners are small-scale traders engaged in supply of essential goods such as groceries. vegetables, milk, chicken, rice, electrical items etc., to the 3'd respondent College and its hostels situated . t Palvancha since 2012 ii) However, from the year 2016 o,r ^/ards/ respondents abruptly stopped clearing the pen( ing bills due to administrative issues and requirement of al) lrovals from the U n iversity headquarters. iii) Inspite of repeated requests, the respr rdents have only released 25o/o of the admitted dues purs I lnt to Letter No.207/A5/KUl2O77 dated 15.06.2017, while t re remaining 75o/o of the admitted dues is still withheld. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to Letter No.2O7/A5/KU/20L7 dated t5.O6.20t7 issued by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3 and contends that a bare perusar of the said retter crearry refrects that the admitted due amount payable to the petitioners is Rs.41,55,342/- and out of the said amount, a sum of Rs.18, 18,000/- has been paid, and respondent No.2 has directed respondent No.3 to take necessary action for release of the remaining dues. Hence, the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to clear the pending bills of the petitioners in terms of the said letter. 6, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that issues relating to recovery of !--\ \r\ ,,Eqq '-- 4 sN,l W.P.No.2 i326 of 2024 pending dues cannot be adjudicated in a writ ptrl ition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India' as held tl this Court initsorderdated14.ll.2023passedinW.P.trlr,.30Bl0of 2023 tn case of "M/s' VKA Constructions r ' State of Telangana & others" and therefore' in term; of the said order, if the petitioners submit a representi) ion putting forth their grievance as put forth in the present l rrit petition' the same would be considered within a reasonat e period'
