Learned Government Pleader submits that the biils pertaining to the retirement benefits of the petitioner have already been processed, however, due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. Learned Government Pleader further submits that as per the seriatim of the token numbers. arnounts will be released to the benel-rciaries
