Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as Senior Accountant on 23.6.2OO5 in pursuance of F Notilrcation No. 10/99 dated 28.12,1999 issued by the State Government. Thereafter, petitioners have made representations to the respondent Nos.l and 2 on 2.8.2025, rvith a request to extend the benefit of Old Pension Scheme the Telangana Revised Pension Rules, 198O to the petitionerg, but so far no action has been taken on such representations Thcrefore, petitioners seek indulgence of this Court to direct tl]re respondcnt Nos.1 and 2 to consider tlreir rcpresentations clatea] Z.B.ZO25 in the light of the 2 rr- orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22559 of 2023 and batch dated 19.3.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon \. Having regzrrd to the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into merits of the matter, this rvrit petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos. 1 ar,d 2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations submitted b], the petitioners on 2.8.2025 in the light of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22559 of 2023 and batch dated 19.3.2025, in accordance with law, as expeditious$ as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.
