Learned counsel for the petitioncrs submits that the petitioners possess B Tech /M E /M Tech ' M'Sc and Ph D as the case may be and pursuant to Notification Nos'18/2OO8 ' 47 l2OO8' 2Ol2O11 and' 19 12012, they were appointed as Lccturers during the years 2012 and 2073' Subsequently' they were promoted as Se nior Lecturcrs during the periocl from O 1 01'2O 16 to 30 07 2O2l 2 PI(.I lvp 25771 2025 and the\r are entitled G.O.Ms.No.26, dated for revision of their pay 30.O7 .2021. As such. rhe submitted represen[ations to respondent No.I on 06.05.2O25 and 18.08.2025, requesting to of G.O.Ms.No.26, dated 3O.O7.2021. and consideratron.
